Conceptual photographer Michel Tcherevkoff has built a 40-year career with a maverick’s style and an artist’s eye. With talent, humor, and an endless fascination with how things work, his images
describe the world as he sees it. Bringing his unique point of view to many important clients, Tcherevkoff
once created a couture dress from toothbrushes, devised a massive “sensorium” where visitors experienced
fragrance visually and morphed a salad spinner into an amusement park ride. Based in New York City
Tcherevkoff is the advertising industry’s go-to shooter for “reality with a twist,” crafting images beyond
what merely exists in the real world.
Photography and design have inspired David Todd McCarty all his life. A photographer since junior high, McCarty is also a writer, cinematographer and director, agency creative director
and magazine publisher who now calls South Jersey home. Completely self-taught, he learned his craft in 35mm film
and made the jump to digital in 1993. His passion for creating arresting imagery has grown into a unique style,
focused mainly on portraiture. McCarty says he likes to make everyday people look like gods, and gods look more
like everyday people. For celebrities, athletes, fashion models, CEOs and the person on the street, his approach
is the same. To his eye, they're all rock stars.
